Privacy notice
How we handle your personal data when you use this careers portal, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, the professional details you provide (current role, experience, skills, links), your resume, and your answers to any screening questions. We do not collect your NRIC or FIN on this careers portal.
Why we use it (purpose)
To receive, assess and manage your job application, communicate with you about it, and — only if you opt in — keep your profile for future roles or send you role updates. We do not repurpose your data beyond recruitment without fresh consent.
Who receives it
The hiring team of the company you applied to. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it (retention)
No longer than needed for recruitment. If your application is unsuccessful and you have not asked us to keep your profile for future roles, we anonymise your personal data after a defined retention period, deleting your resume and account. If you opt in to future-roles retention, we keep it until you withdraw that consent.
Your rights
Under Singapore's PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent (for future-roles retention or marketing) at any time from your profile. Withdrawing base processing consent means we can no longer keep your candidate account.
Consent
Applying gives consent to process that application. The 'keep for future roles' and 'updates' options are separate, optional, and off by default — you are never required to accept them to apply.
